At LYS™ Beauty, we want you to love your clean beauty favorites; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our site. Items must be in their original packaging and demonstrate minimal use to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your LYS™ products.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
